This Refund Policy applies to purchases of digital virtual credits, subscription plans, and related customization services offered by Lumina Bespoke (the "Service"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Product
Lumina Bespoke provides digital goods and services, including prepaid generation credits and subscription access to AI-assisted jewelry visualization tools. Delivery begins immediately upon successful payment when credits are credited to your account or subscription entitlements are activated. No physical goods are shipped.
2. General Rule: No Refunds After Consumption
All sales of digital credits and subscription fees are final once credits have been issued, a subscription period has commenced, or any credit has been consumed—whichever occurs first. Because computational resources are allocated at the moment of generation, partial or full refunds are not available for:
- Text-to-image or reference-based jewelry renders that completed successfully;
- Multi-angle, inpaint, virtual try-on, or other AI passes that returned output to your session;
- Subscription time that has already elapsed during the billing cycle;
- Dissatisfaction with stylistic or subjective qualities of AI output, provided the Service functioned as described.
3. Unused Credits
Unused prepaid credits are generally non-refundable. If you believe credits were debited in error without a corresponding successful generation, contact us within fourteen (14) days with your session timestamp and we will investigate server logs. Verified technical failures on our side may be remedied by credit restoration rather than cash refund, at our discretion.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring Designer Plan or similar subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing billing@lumina-atelier.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable consumer law.
5. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Residents of certain jurisdictions may have statutory withdrawal periods for digital content; where such laws apply and have not been waived by your express consent to immediate performance, we will honor legally required refunds.
6. Chargebacks
Filing an unjustified chargeback after receiving digital services may result in immediate account suspension and referral to collections or fraud prevention networks. Please review our Terms of Service regarding chargeback abuse.
7. How to Request Review
For billing questions or to report a verified technical failure, contact billing@lumina-atelier.com with your order reference, account email, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.
